Disadvantages of sitting in AC continuously:

  1. Dry air can cause throat irritation, cough, and frequent cold-like symptoms.
  2. Skin loses moisture, leading to dryness, itching, and dullness.
  3. Long hours in AC may trigger headaches and constant fatigue.
  4. Sudden temperature changes can cause muscle stiffness and joint pain.
  5. Continuous indoor air can worsen allergies and breathing discomfort.
  6. Dehydration increases because AC reduces humidity in the air.

Preventive measures:
