If you want a 100% accurate report, avoid these 4 things before your routine checkup

1️⃣ Don’t Eat Heavy or Fatty Foods
Greasy meals, sweets, or heavy snacks can alter blood sugar and cholesterol results. Prefer fasting if advised, or eat a light meal at night before a morning test.

2️⃣ Avoid Caffeine & Alcohol
Tea, coffee, energy drinks, and alcohol can affect heart rate, blood pressure, liver enzymes, and sugar levels. Keep at least 8–12 hours gap before testing.

3️⃣ Don’t Do Intense Workout
Heavy exercise just before tests can spike muscle enzymes (like CK levels), change heart rate, and even temporarily affect kidney values. Rest well instead.

4️⃣ Don’t Take Medicine Without Asking
Some medicines (painkillers, BP meds, antacids, supplements, etc.) can disturb lab results. Take them only if your doctor approves, or after the test.

Pro Tip:
Sleep 7–8 hours before tests, stay hydrated with plain water, and reach the lab stress-free for best results ✅
